Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a national rehabilitation and social reintegration plan for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of it in the Republic of Panama. It organizes services into phases and programs covering health care, training, family reunification, employment and follow-up. It also provides for free care centers, a technical council, record-keeping mechanisms, and measures concerning education, housing and institutional cooperation.
