Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend the National Assembly’s Organic Rules of Internal Procedure on its organization and operation. The amendments concern committee work, sittings, debates and voting. They also establish publication and access to information duties, rules on members’ attendance and pay, consequences of a vote of censure, and criteria for relating legislative proposals to public policy.
