Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes amendments to Articles 1550 and 1555 of the Judicial Code on extrajudicial inventories and estate asset valuation. It would allow the heirs’ legal representative to submit a written inventory when the estate consists solely of real property, money, or instruments representing money, and would specify when nominal or cadastral values apply and when experts participate.
