The bill proposes to amend Law 53 of 2005 to require Official Gazette publications to use an open data format. It also provides for the preparation and digital publication of consolidated texts of specified legal instruments, sets a deadline for updating them, and establishes ways to access the National Codes and identify repealed or superseded provisions.
