Summary of the bill.
The bill amends Law 186 of 2020 to adjust who could form entrepreneurship companies, the activities they could carry out, and their accounting records. It also proposes rules on income tax returns, taxation, corporate conversion, and the duration of incentives, and would allow agreements on municipal taxation for entrepreneurship microenterprises.
