Summary of the bill.
The bill would amend the National Assembly’s internal rules on committees, debates, voting, and parliamentary duties and conduct. It would establish two standing committees, public access and citizen participation rules, a procedure for bills objected to by the Executive Branch, and provisions on alternate members and the Justo Arosemena Order.
