Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend Article 389 of the Criminal Code (Código Penal) so that judges and prosecutors could also commit the offense defined there. It retains the provision concerning counsel who harms an entrusted case or serves opposing interests, including its penalty, and adds four sets of conduct involving legal rules, the reasons for decisions, evidence, and arbitrary action or action prompted by orders or improper consideration.
