The bill proposes an income tax deduction for solar equipment donated to rural aqueduct systems and payments for its installation. The Rural Aqueduct Systems in Panama must be recognized by the Ministry of Health (Ministerio de Salud). It also amends the Tax Code’s loss carryforward rules for taxpayers whose annual income does not exceed one million balboas (B/. 1,000,000.00).
