Summary of the bill.
The bill would amend the election of National Assembly Permanent Committee members when consensus slates cannot be submitted. It would also address how long permanent sittings could continue and how their resumption after a recess must be announced. The amendments concern Articles 43 and 91 of the consolidated text of Law 49 of 1984.
