Summary of the bill.
The bill would require child restraint seats in motor vehicles for children under 150 centimeters tall. It excludes specified transport services and sets rules for seating position and seat orientation, certification, labeling, importation, public training campaigns, and penalties for drivers. It would also prohibit children under twelve from riding motorcycles on public roads.
