Summary of the bill.
The bill would expand the scope of Law 6 of 2002 and the duty to disclose information on public management and resources. It specifies the information on budgets, public employment, procurement and publicly funded assistance that covered institutions must disclose. It would also require periodic publication in open data formats, extend the grounds for a habeas data action when information is not published, and establish penalties for officials who breach those duties.
