Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes amendments to Law 106 of 1973 on public access to municipal council sessions and the promulgation of municipal agreements. It also governs citizens’ in-person or virtual attendance and establishes a process for community members to submit proposed agreements for consideration by the Municipal Council (Concejo Municipal).
