The bill proposes a special jurisdiction for community peace justice, with judges, mediators and a review level. It organizes community justice houses, their resources, staff, shifts and funding, and sets principles for addressing disputes through alternative methods or, where appropriate, a decision under law. Its title proposes repealing Law 16 of June 17, 2016.
