Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes prevention, protection and assistance measures concerning vicarious violence against women through their children or relatives. It would add two offenses to the Criminal Code: causing those persons’ death to harm someone else, and subjecting them to various forms of violence for that purpose. It also assigns protection, reporting and care duties to public authorities.
