The bill proposes amending Law 45 of 2002 on the transfer and sale of land associated with dissolved peasant organizations. The land would be transferred to the Agricultural Development Bank (Banco de Desarrollo Agropecuario), and its sale would include preferential purchase options for former settlers, small agricultural producers and agricultural entrepreneurs, with different land areas, prices and payment periods. It also addresses title processing costs for sales made under that law.
