Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to approve the Air Services Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Panama and the Government of Barbados. The agreement sets out traffic rights and operating conditions for designated airlines serving the two territories, as well as rules on authorizations, safety, commercial activities, fares, consultations and dispute settlement. Its annex contains the route schedule.
