Summary of the bill.
The bill creates a program offering nonrepayable funding, training, and technical assistance to micro and small enterprises. Enterprises are selected through a competitive process. It amends the enterprise and economic unit categories in Law 8 of 2000, proposes income tax incentives for businesses enrolled in the business registry, and establishes a trust to finance the program.
