Summary of the bill.
The bill changes Criminal Procedure Code rules on data seizure and advance testimony from victims of sexual offenses. It also changes how the Public Prosecutor’s Office requests information from certain companies during a criminal investigation and provides for advance testimony from victims of offenses against sexual freedom and integrity. It sets commencement for the day after promulgation.
