Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes identifying areas of architectural interest in El Chorrillo, Santa Ana, Calidonia and Curundú. It establishes an urban renewal and recovery plan for those areas. It extends the incentives under Law 136 of 2013 to works and certain tenants, regulates occupancy of buildings undergoing work, establishes penalties, and changes the period for qualifying for benefits under that law.
