Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes posters, awareness campaigns and educational content to prevent sexual abuse of children and adolescents in Panama. The posters would be visible and permanent. The bill covers public institutions and private entities serving the public, assigns implementation and oversight duties to several authorities, establishes fines for noncompliance, and provides for a confidential reporting line and therapeutic care programs.
