The bill would establish the Board of Trustees of the Chicá International Flower Fair to organize fairs and promote flower production. The Board of Trustees of the Chicá International Flower Fair (Patronato de la Feria Internacional de las Flores de Chicá) would also promote the exhibition and sale of flowers and other products, alongside cultural activities and sustainable tourism in Chame. The bill defines the Board’s membership, management, assets, and oversight, and provides tax exemptions for the Board and certain activities associated with the fairs.
