Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes rules for establishing, organizing, and supervising community Health Committees and coordinating them with health authorities. Their members would participate in the committees and their coordination with health authorities. It regulates their governing bodies, elections, resources, hiring of personnel, oversight, and sanctions. It also creates national and regional coordination bodies, provides technical advice for each recognized committee, and repeals Cabinet Decree 401 of December 29, 1970.
