Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to replace Law 50 of November 23, 1995 and establish rules protecting and promoting breastfeeding throughout the Republic of Panama. It regulates health information, the promotion and labeling of infant feeding products, and conditions for breastfeeding or expressing milk in workplaces and educational institutions. It also assigns duties to health authorities and employers.
