Summary of the bill.
The bill would amend Law 45 of 2007 on price information, special sales and the right of withdrawal. It sets rules for displaying prices and parking charges, presenting discounts and obtaining refunds for purchases made through specified sales methods. It also provides for regulations by the Executive Branch and would take effect one year after its promulgation.
