Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes annual physical health certificates and psychological evaluations for caregivers working in daily care homes. It does so by amending the requirements for the Caregiver Fitness Certification under Article 9 of Law 34 of 2018 and listing the documents applicants must submit to the Ministry of Social Development (Ministerio de Desarrollo Social).
