Summary of the bill.
The bill approves Economic Complementation Agreement No. 76 between the Republic of Panama and the MERCOSUR States Parties. Those States Parties signed the Treaty of Asunción. The agreement sets trade integration objectives, covers bilateral and future agreements between the parties, provides for economic cooperation, and establishes an Administrative Commission. It also governs accession, entry into force, amendments, and deposit of the instrument.
