Summary of the bill.
The bill approves the treaty on electronic transmission of international legal cooperation requests between Central Authorities, concluded in Medellín. The treaty establishes the use of Iber@ to transmit requests and related communications under treaties in force, and governs document authenticity, platform security, financing, and the conditions for its entry into force.
