Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes Basic Learning Standards (EBA) for every subject and grade from preschool through twelfth grade in Panama. The standards would apply to public and private schools in the Republic of Panama. It assigns their development, revision and dissemination to the Ministry of Education and provides that they guide curricula, teaching materials, teacher education and the assessment of learning.
