The amendment to Article 2 of Law 22 of June 29, 2005, addresses the right of reply, correction or response to inaccurate or offensive information. It sets rules on space and prominence, publication deadlines, access to the courts when publication is partial or defective, and circumstances in which the media outlet’s owner would bear subsidiary liability.
