Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes Criminal Code penalties for unlawfully depriving minors of liberty and for their removal or improper retention. It also proposes penalties for the unauthorized departure from the country of a minor or a person lacking legal capacity, and a higher prison term when two or more people commit the act or drugs or illicit substances are used to facilitate the deprivation or retention.
