Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes amendments to the Criminal Code concerning the identity, delivery, abduction, transfer and retention of minors. It also introduces an offense for falsely claiming to be a newborn’s mother and circumstances that would increase penalties for offenses under Title V, Chapter III. In specified cases, parental or guardian consent would not remove criminal liability.
