Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes financial support, companionship and care duties for sons and daughters whose parents are vulnerable. It establishes summary proceedings before the Family Court to claim that assistance, criteria for allocating it according to each child’s financial capacity, and judicial, administrative and criminal measures associated with noncompliance.
