Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes creating the Living Holy Week Board of Pesé to organize the religious celebration in the District of Pesé. It would grant the board legal personality, its own assets and autonomy, and set rules for its membership, governing bodies and decisions. It also provides for organizational and financial reporting duties, oversight of funds, an exemption from national taxes and commencement after promulgation.
