Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes adding Criminal Code offenses for obstructing roads and public spaces and obtaining property titles through falsehood or deception. The property titles concern certain land. It sets prison terms for those acts, a higher term when a closure blocks access to sites of ecological, cultural, tourism or community value, and criminal liability for a public official who uses work related information in a land award.
