Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes excluding alternative sentences for sexual offenses, domestic violence, and violence against women. The exclusions cover specified forms of sentence substitution, suspension, and alternative service for people sentenced for offenses against sexual freedom and integrity or psychological violence, as well as people listed on the sex offender register. It amends six articles of the Criminal Code governing community service, suspension of sentence execution, replacement of short sentences, supervised release, home confinement, and conditional release.
