Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend Law 47 of 1984 on the practice of physiotherapy and/or kinesiology in the Republic of Panama. It redefines professional duties, licensing requirements and the recognition of specialties, and also regulates the work of assistants and aides. It creates an interinstitutional advisory committee and provides for investigations and sanctions concerning professional misconduct and unlawful practice.
