Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes service evaluation mechanisms and criteria for simplifying electronic government procedures. It also amends the rules governing the state electronic payment gateway, procedure costs, revenue records and the consequences of noncompliance by public servants. It would prohibit requirements or in-person procedures when an electronic alternative exists or can be made available.
