The bill proposes to amend Law 76 of 2010 to regulate disclosure and review of concessions administered by ENA. It also sets a mandatory order for using toll revenue and requires periodic management reports from the National Highway Company (Empresa Nacional de Autopistas, S.A., ENA). Toll exemptions on the North and South Corridors would be limited to specified official vehicles whose use must be recorded.
