Summary of the bill.
The bill regulates the declaration of abandonment of vehicles held by towing companies after more than six months without owner attention. The municipality where a vehicle is registered could assign rights over it to the company holding it. The bill also provides for the transfer of deteriorated or unusable vehicles as scrap, following an inspection and public notice to their owners.
