The draft bill proposes expanding the National Beneficiaries Registry (Registro Nacional de Beneficiarios, RENAB) to all State social benefit recipients. It requires granting entities to register them and provides for information on the needs of people with disabilities and other special conditions, interoperability mechanisms, periodic updates, and confidentiality and personal data protection rules.
