Summary of the bill.
The bill would record social security contributions on accrued or retroactive wages against the periods actually worked. The measure covers public officials and private sector workers. It establishes duties to submit information, adapt systems, publish information and carry out oversight, as well as penalties for noncompliance. It also provides for retroactive correction of records for the worker’s benefit and a condition for the end of its validity.
