Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes adding plantains to the National Grain and Other Agricultural Products Production Incentive Program. It also revises its objectives, covered products, and definitions, and establishes a productivity bonus for plantain growers, subject to a minimum yield and to verification of registered acreage and production volume by the Ministry of Agricultural Development (Ministerio de Desarrollo Agropecuario).
