Summary of the bill.
The draft bill proposes studies on patterns of violence against women and mandatory programs on managing emotional control. The programs would cover every level of education and be added to Law 82 of October 24, 2013. It also changes a provision on the admission of amici curiae in matters concerning the protection of women’s rights.
