Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes a procedure for transferring public-use properties and areas in urban developments, subdivisions, and land parcels to the Nation. It covers both applications by owners and an exceptional route when an owner cannot participate, and amends the real estate tax exemption for those areas. It also supersedes Law 198 of February 15, 2021.
