The bill approves the Agreement between the Republic of Panama and the Republic of Ecuador on the Exchange of Information in Tax Matters. The instrument governs exchange on request, automatic exchange and spontaneous exchange; it sets procedures, limits and confidentiality duties, and specifies how the agreement enters into force and could be terminated.
