Summary of the bill.
The bill approves the Constitutive Agreement of the Multilateral Investment Fund IV and sets its objectives, operations, financing and governance. The agreement restates the one governing the fund’s preceding phase and regulates donor contributions and rights, conditions for financing projects, the fund’s duration, and procedures for amending the agreement or withdrawing from it.
