Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes creating the Board of Trustees of the Integrated Multimodal Hospital of the Province of Colón to administer the hospital. It would also oversee the building where the hospital would operate, in coordination with the MINSA-CSS integrated health system. It defines the Board’s assets and funding, the composition and powers of its governing board, medical leadership, financial controls, and the employment status of Ministry of Health and Social Security Fund personnel.
