Summary of the bill.
The bill would establish an agroindustrial and bioeconomic center in Panamá Oeste province under the Ministry of Agricultural Development. The center would process agricultural products, make use of organic waste and support producers and businesses. The bill sets out the center’s management, funding, facilities and oversight, together with a service desk for agroindustrial procedures. It also provides for temporary incentives subject to conditions and phased implementation.
