The bill proposes a PANDEPORTES program to support Panamanian student-athletes with athletic talent in their studies and applications. The Program for the Promotion and Development of Student-Athletes would be administered by the Panamanian Sports Institute (PANDEPORTES) and support applications to foreign universities.
