Summary of the bill.
The bill proposes to amend Article 32 of the Criminal Code to regulate self-defense and the defense of others and their property. It retains the conditions concerning an unjustified attack, a rational means of response, and the absence of sufficient provocation. It also sets out a presumption of lawful defense for a person in imminent danger who repels someone entering specified places against the will of a person entitled to exclude them.
